At FCT, I lead everything from custom GPT agent development and HubSpot ecosystem architecture to full website rebrands and UTM governance frameworks. I've onboarded and integrated 10+ marketing platforms, and I serve as the team's primary AI strategist — translating emerging technology into real, practical workflows.
Beyond my day job, I lead digital operations for an international nonprofit educating girls in conflict zones, and consult for small businesses on digital presence and automation.
